El Costanzo brings vision and expertise to NCID’s virtual, hybrid, and in-person events, ensuring every detail—from seamless logistics to inclusive atmospheres—fostering belonging. With a background in program management, community outreach, and Recreation Therapy, El integrates trauma-informed practices into their social justice work. They hold a B.A. in Psychology from Cedar Crest College, where their research explored well-being in the LGBTQIA+ coming out process, and are completing an M.Div. at Ecumenical Theological Seminary, focusing on social justice, faith, and the theology of suffering. El is dedicated to creating spaces of authenticity, care, and transformative connection. In their spare time El is a writer, a live music and vinyl lover, sports enthusiast, and joy seeker. El’s son Manny is the biggest deliverer of that joy.
