Current Work
Her current research examines outcomes for white students in two types of dialogue settings: an intergroup setting made up of people of color and white people and an intragroup setting where all participants identify as white. Through a quantitative analysis of qualitative data we have determined that white students benefit from both types of dialogue settings but report different types of experiences and learnings in each.
