Eir-Anne is Associate Professor of Literature in English at NTNU in Trondheim Norway. Her work focuses on gender, sexuality and race in 20th and 21st century American literature and law. She is also interested in pedagogical issues related to writing and reading. Her work appears in the European Journal of American Studies, English Journal, and a range of other scholarly journals.
Current Work
Eir-Anne is the Leader of NTNU research group "North American Studies." Her current projects include "Speaking the Unspeakable," which analyzes contemporary feminist dystopian fiction and issues of sexual trauma and "Sexual Fictions," which explores film, fiction, and major legal cases of the Sexual Revolution.
