Dr. Johnson (she/her), Principal & Executive Producer of Insufferable Academics LLC.,
has experience spanning three (3) decades as a J.E.D.I. Strategist & Leadership consultant.
She has worked within higher education, and with organizations from the private, government and not-for-profit sectors, ready to advance advocacy, equity and engagement within the organization.
Through a variety of guided facilitations, presentations and targeted sessions for leadership, administration and employees alike, she has covered many prevalent topics for groups who are focused on justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (J.E.D.I.) centered leadership, curriculum development, management ethics, organizational behavior and change; making an impact in today’s business and organizational climate.
Dr. Johnson’s work in publications include the National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID), where she is a Diversity Scholars Network member; The International Journal of Diversity in Education where you will find her Experience Context & Perspective (ECP) framework, the ‘Looking at Leadership’ series; and various international conference publications, where she also serves as a review board member.
Throughout the years, she has maintained an active dedication to community service and volunteer work in various not-for-profit and charitable organizations.
She is focused on life-long learning, community enrichment, ‘service to all mankind,’ and advocating for equity.
