Dr. Callie Watkins Liu is an intersectional and critical race scholar-activist, whose research focuses on social structures, social movements, race, ethnicity, policy, pedagogy, research and knowledge production.
Current Work
Dr. Watkins Liu's research projects have focused on race, ethnicity and intersectionality within academia, social movements, identity formation, organizational theory, pedagogy and research methodology. She is currently developing a project to analyze transnational social movement dynamics between the US and Brazil.
