Dr. Tamara Stevenson's body of organizational communication and policymaking examines the internal and external rhetorical activities of organizations across industries as sites of power through a critical race lens, including K-12 education and higher education institutions in the United States. As a practitioner-scholar, she considers the intersections of organizational practice to lived experience to illuminate systemic inequities and to coordinate, curate, and create policies and practices that align and strengthen operational structures toward expanding informational and representational access in organizations.
