Dr. Robin Phelps-Ward is Associate Dean of the Graduate School and an Assistant Professor of Higher Education at Ball State University. Phelps-Ward dedicates her scholarship to advancing equity and justice for People of Color in the context of higher education and formal mentoring programs.
Current Work
Dr. Phelps-Ward's current research focuses on formal mentoring programs and the experiences and mechanisms of support for graduate students from minoritized backgrounds using critical participatory action research design.
