Dr. Leah Fulton is an experienced student affairs professional, consultant, and researcher. She holds a PhD in Higher Education with a minor in African American Studies. She currently works as the Vice President for Student Success at Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights, Illinois. She and her partner live in Chicago with their three children.
Current Work
Dr. Fulton's work centers on issues of racial equity in higher education through a focus on the history of Black women in doctoral education, Black graduate student mothers, and undergraduate students of color. Her secondary area of research explores the experience of undergraduate students and adjunct faculty of color in leadership education.
