Current Work
At this stage of my career, I am focusing on Human Rights and disability issue. I promote protection of disabled children to improving health and well-being. The Diversity Scholars Network will help me formulate appropriate national and international development policies that aim at the constant improvement of the well- being of the entire population. I am ambitious, dedicated and I am not afraid of setbacks, I like challenges and like team working and collaboration to find out solutions and exchange best practices. Those values are crucial for me because, as a young African leader, it will help me to advocate for the rights and inclusion of minorities in Senegal and Africa policies of development to improve the living standards of my community.
