Current Work
I promote diversity through human rights. I use human rights, as legal and normative arguments, to call for better equality and inclusiveness. I have a background in business and human rights.
For example, my work in Miami Inter-American Law Review addressed how the law fails to adequately protect racial discrimination.
Another work of mine, published in Oxford Human Rights Hub, called for a more inclusive approach that duly protects persons with disability.
