Current Work
Conor's current work focuses on practicing leadership in higher education and the ways anyone, no matter their role or position, does leadership and affects positive change. I also explore role of people with multiple privileged identities in supporting socially-just organizational change. I particularly focus on white men, the responsibilities they have to continue examining the ways those identities shape their experiences in the world, and how they can work to practice leadership in ways that do not perpetuate those outcomes.
