Current Work
Dr. Bukoski's scholarship focuses on how people experience organizational policies and practices. Specifically, I seek to understand how people's experiences in an organization can propel meaning changes in the system's and policies and practices so that people thrive. I also focus on socialization, or how an individual comes to understand what is expected in a specific organizational space. I currently focus on the experiences and socialization of doctoral students and faculty in public higher education institutions.
