About
Michael Stevens is a Distinguished Presidential Professor and a founding partner of the Kozai Group and Human Data Intelligence consultancies where he’s played a central role in the development and validation of several leadership competency assessments (used by more 300,000 persons in over 130 countries). In addition, his applied teaching focus has provided 25+ years of active engagement with leaders from the corporate, government, non-profit, and educational sectors. His primary areas of expertise include: assessment for inclusion and belonging competencies; interpersonal effectiveness (EQ) in cross-cultural contexts; executive coaching and leadership development; and the impact of leadership on organizational culture and employee performance. His scientist-practitioner based work has led to the development of the ProSocial Leadership™ framework, which guides company culture change initiatives that leverage employees and company culture as the basis for an enduring competitive edge.
