About
Dr. Kevin Wilson, a three-year Letterwinner on the Duke University football team, he received his bachelor’s in philosophy from Duke University, a masters of physical education with a concentration in athleticism administration from North Carolina Central University (NCCU), and his leadership in educational administration doctorate Ed.D from the University of Florida. He is also a proud graduate of the prestigious Collegiate Athletic Leadership Symposium (CALS), Dr. Charles Whitcomb Leadership Institute, and a member of both the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and the National Association of Athletic Development Directors (NAADD). Wilson additionally serves on the NAADD Diversity working group, a support network for minority development professionals in the industry through education, advocacy, and awareness.

Assess the influence of diverse leadership on team culture and inclusivity, exploring how it affects athlete experiences and organizational success.

Study the impact of diversity initiatives within collegiate athletics, focusing on their effectiveness in increasing representation among underrepresented groups.
5. Athlete Experiences and Support Systems
