Current Work
My research has examined how individuals experience inequalities, with a focus on educational settings. Previously, I have explored (a) the role of social identity experiences in individuals’ support (or lack of) to meritocracy; (b) gender and intersectional inequalities in STEM; and (c) lay theories of psychological constructs (e.g., belonging, authenticity, parenthood). Currently, I am interested in understanding how individuals from privileged backgrounds react and confront online racism.
