NCID Staff

Janine is the operations administrator at the National Center for Institutional Diversity (NCID) where she provides day-to-day administrative support for the director and core staff members. This includes support for initiatives and projects, financial transactions and HR coordination, as well as daily operations management.

Janine received her BA in cultural studies and women’s studies from Susquehanna University, and her MA from the Center for the Study of Higher and Postsecondary Education at the University of Michigan. Prior to the NCID, Janine held positions in student services, graduate student recruiting, and administrative services at the University of Michigan in the Michigan Institute for Clinical and Health Research (MICHR), Information & Technology Services, Rackham Graduate School, and the Program in Biomedical Sciences. Janine was previously a project data coordinator at the Huron Valley Physicians Association.
